The Pueblo Food Project has started its edible landscapes. They are located at Central Plaza in downtown, Mineral Palace Park, and in front of the Pueblo County Courthouse. When the fruit, vegetables, and herbs blossom, they will be free to be picked by anyone. Master gardeners from the CSU-Extension office are maintaining the landscapes.
